As the ServiceNow Business Analyst you will be responsible for:
- The successful delivery of process improvement solutions utilizing the ServiceNow product
- Analyzing business needs in order to develop project requirements and business process models using Office 365 tools
- Validating the development of enterprise-wide service improvement requests within the ServiceNow platform by collaborating with the ServiceNow development team and stakeholders
- Serving as the ServiceNow business lead by coordinating with stakeholders while assisting ETS ServiceNow System Administrators
- Handling incident resolution, service requests and providing system monitoring
- Working with management to collaborate and provide status’
